First of Rick Rude was dead long before WCW ended so it would have been a neat trick for him to be on the last Nitro. And Blazes answer I will accept because if I didn't I'm betting we'd be here for another 10 years and you both would trail further and futher away from the correct answer. But yes, Vince McMahon opened up and appeared throughout the course of the final WCW Monday Nitro, and also appeared on Raw live in the ring. Shane McMahon was at the final WCW Monday Nitro and appeared live in there ring while addressing his father and the WWE fans on the titan tron. Rick Rude appeared with DX in the famous toilet papering Sgt Slaughter segment. But it was a pretaped from the previous week and during the week from the time it taped to the time it aired Rude settled his lawsuit with WCW and agreed to return to WCW appearing with the nWo in which he ripped on Shawn Michaels calling Bret Hart the true WWF Champion.

So yeah Blaze wins and moves on.
