I'm approaching my second supercard of the TV era in my C4 save. Here are the matches I have penciled in.
World Title - Josh Alexander (c) vs. Rosemary
Mike Bailey (w/ Veda Scott) vs. The Blade (w/ The Bunny)
Underground Title - Eddie Kingston (c) vs. Stu Grayson
Kris Statlander vs. Orange Cassidy
Tag Team Title - The Untouchables (Franky the Mobster and James Stone) (c) vs. Le Tabarnak de Team (Mathieu St-Jacques and Thomas Dubois)
Flag Match - 2.0 vs. The UnCanadians (John Silver and Alex Reynolds)
Monster's Ball - Joe Gacy vs. Luchasaurus vs. Darby Allin vs. Crazy Steve vs. Shotzi Blackheart vs. Levi Everett
Many of these matches have so much history that I don't feel like explaining it all, or in the case of the Monster's Ball, it's just that I wanted to do a Monster's Ball and being back a couple of old guest stars to mix it up with the wildcards on my full time roster.
Kingston is back for a limited number of dates after making a one-off a while back. I like to keep my roster fresh so I tend to sign folks for a certain number of appearances and then let them leave. He's taking the belt off of Michael Von Payton, who took it off of Stu Grayson, and it's more or less a three way feud there. Before Kingston leaves, Imma have him lose the belt to Daniel Garcia who is already a former champ, and then I'm gonna have Garcia relinquish the Underground Title to pursue the World Title (and win it eventually).
This will also be OC's debut in the company. He's just here for this one match right now, but I'm building the match around the idea that he takes out Stat's allies Shane Sabre and Space Monkey and it's a mystery who was responsible, until OC reveals himself as an alien hunter. Very goofy storyline. Stat is going over since she's becoming one of my big rising stars.
I'm sure the set up for the flag match is pretty self-explanatory. As I explained to some of y'all last week, The UnCanadians are basically a parody stable consisting of John Silver, Alex Reynolds, Serpentico and Colin Delaney. I'm having them go over here, but then the post-match angle will be that they cue a giant flag to be dropped from the ceiling, but instead of an American flag it'll be a Canadian flag that they unwittingly celebrate in front of.
I'm also doing a breakup storyline with The Butcher, The Bunny and The Blade. Basically, The Bunny is fed up with the group's failures and scolds Butcher and Blade. Blade is continually placing the blame on Butcher. In this match here, Butcher will be instructed to interfere, but he's gonna turn on Blade and lay him out with a chair instead. Thus, The Butcher will die and born will be...
BUTCH.
