Tatame reports that Bloody Elbow's #1-ranked featherweight prospect, Antonio Carvalho, has suffered an injury and will pull out of his UFC 134 fight with Yuri Alcantara.

Replacing Carvalho in the featherweight bout is Felipe "Sertanejo" Arantes (13-3), who trains under Jorge Patino at the Macaco Gold Team in Sao Paulo.
