Backstory: It was the first day of December, 2009, "The Don Of Lebanon" Benjamin Naim aka Bryan King, was involved in a family meeting. The Naim family needed a new direction, they needed a new business to invest in. This family was not one that would be satisfied with just any job, they wanted their own business. Benjamin, an avid wrestling fan since the tender age of 4, was interested in just one thing. After going over literally every option of business, deliberating through possibly opening up a shopping mall, a hotel, or even a gas station, Benjamin had just one idea left.
"I want to open my own wrestling promotion"
He blurted out, "I have enough knowledge of the wrestling business for it to be successful, I can bring this family back to it's glory days. We'll make so much money, you won't even believe it. Trust me, this is going to work.". After a good hour and a half of convincing the rest of the family, Benjamin had his sights set on one goal, creating the ultimate pro wrestling company. A promotion that will not only give the fans what they want, good wrestling, but a promotion that will eventually make an impact on the other "big two" and maybe become the number 1 federation in the world.
Although Mr. Naim had a goal, and he knew what he wanted to do to get there, he had no business partners. Unfortunately for him, the rest of his family had no idea how to run a promotion, the only thing they could help him with was the financial aspects of the company. Benjamin needed a talent roster, road agents, and bookers, but where was he going to get them?
Ben decided he had just one option, contact individuals who would help get the promotion started. Mr. Naim found email listings for Jim Cornette, Matt Conway, and Gabe Sapolsky. He decided the only way for his promotion to be successful was to bring in a mix of bookers who knew how to focus on good wrestling, and good storylines at the same time. Conway, who recently left TNA due to unwillingness to work with Vince Russo, immediately accepted the job. He was willing to help focus on the promotion's storylines. Jim Cornette and Gabe Sapolsky were going to be focused on booking feuds and matches people want to see. With the booking team in place, Mr. Naim had the basic layout of his promotion in sight. Now, he used the pull of Cornette and Sapolski to land contracts for many different workers:
