It is very good, but the text should be the same colour as the building in the background, with the inside colour of what it is now, on the outside.
Actually I think it looks great. Beer's suggestion might help, but then again, that is only ones perspective and/or opinion.
If you're making a poster for an upcoming show, you should try to use a recent picture or something, not a picture of John Cena in 2004.
Coloring is really good in this. Blending is okay, Cena just cuts off near the bottom and it looks he is standing in a little tiny pond.
