Super Heroes vary more than one realizes when you pull them apart from each other. Painting them like they are equal to one another is a bit... odd. I thought this could be a fun thread. I was once into comic heroes quite a bit so stuff like this always interested me the most.
For the sake of not overloading the thread, let's just stick to comic heroes only (Marvel/DC). Below are 7 tiers marking strongest to weakest based on a realistic scale. Being a "God" would obviously be at the top of the list while simply being wealthy would fall at the bottom. Sure there is power in money, but eh. I also make super intelligence fall under experimental because they are generally strong enough to break technology-based suits and gear.
I am sure a few heroes will fall under several different categories such as Iron Man but let's try to keep them separate by focusing on the main point of their power being down to primarily one factor.
God-Tier - "God" or "Goddess" level hero
Ultra-Alien - Super strong alien (not from earth)
Mutant - Mutated by something be it a creature, poison, or accident
Experimental - Usually government-funded experiments resulting in super-human strength
Super Intelligence - It's big brain time
Expertly Trained - Mastered a set skill with a weapon or form of combat
Wealthy - Having money to afford to be a hero
Now, who falls under each category?
I will add them to the table and update it as we rattle them off.
