subscription problem

I never get an email from IWF saying that someone has replied to one of my subscribed threads. I have to remember to check it myself, which is Blue. What's wrong?

in the admin tools they have to set up an e-mail address as the host e-mail for those type of e-mails. the Admin team never set one up.

That's odd, because I've gotten them before.

3) from the drop-down menu, select "delete subscription".
4) click on go
5) voila

sorry. then instead of clicking on "delete subscription", click on "instant email notification".

That's weird. I have the exact opposite problem. I can't stop getting them, and I have all of the options turned off.
