We can add streams onto here and when someone is streaming it shows up. I'm gonna start streaming with my PS4 and I know that Solidus streams so it would be purty cool.

Not enough people stream though. Solidus doesn't stream much any more, and I think having a sidebar just for you would be a bit silly (although you are a sexy megaman of sexual presence).
I saw this feature too, it looks great. Best used for WWE game streamers I think.
