Strange winged creature in Mexico

Real or fake? This is a weird looking creature....

What is this strange winged creature that doesn’t bear any resemblance to any animal that science currently knows about?

The mysterious creature was discovered along a highway in Mexico. Is it a fairy? An alien? Or could it be a “locust” as described in Revelation chapter 9? And what about a bat?
