Statistics Set Back

Earlier today, I saw that I hit 1,960 posts and had 638 likes. A few minutes ago, I checked my stats and they were set back. My posts are now at 1,870 and my likes are at 630. Can anyone explain?

Looks like Xanth deleted some forums, maybe that's why.

Whenever you lose posts it's because threads are junked or sometimes sections are deleted (very rare). We used to have it where junked posts and threads still counted towards post count to avoid issues like this, so I'm not sure when or why that has changed.
