Sting vs. Hulk Hogan for TNA's Bound For Glory pay-per-view in October was planned to go ahead after Monday's tapings when Sting earned the right to face Hogan by defeating Ric Flair.

Sources report that officials have nixed the Sting vs. Hogan match, as of yesterday, and the two will now face off in a tag team match or a three-way match with another name who hasn't been named yet.

We should have more details after tonight's Impact Wrestling tapings in Orlando.

Will be a blessing in disguise if this happens. This should be the perfect match for them to use someone like Storm who could get a real good rub from it.

Very interesting to see who the 3rd person would be. It would make sense for someone who has a problem against Immortal to be the 3rd person e.g. Ken Anderson but at the same time, they could do with using a new guy to bring into the feud.

If it's a Tag Match they do, then I can definitely see Sting/Anderson vs Hogan & possibly Bully Ray
