Pulled these out from a long read, but a small part of it was already debunked so watch out: http://www.pwinsider.com/article/79119/tons-of-backstage-tna-news-and-notes.html?p=1

-A number of top Spike executives were at the taping last week. By all accounts, Spike is very happy about the TNA ratings currently as the numbers the company draws helps Spike's overall primetime average and it allows them to sell their primetime advertising stock at a stronger rate. There has been absolutely no talk of Spike being unhappy with the TNA ratings - we've had some readers ask, so I wanted to address that.

-One thing the company was happy with were the last few quarter hours of the Destination X Impact featuring Bully Ray vs. Chris Sabin, feeling that it meant Ray as a heel was drawing strong numbers and that the Sabin story had connected with viewers.

Well, at least TNA has that going for them then.

Maybe it's just the first stages of grief, but I'm thinking "No, WCW was safe while they had their TV deal! Things weren't great, but they had a viable company..., so this means TNA won't be going out of buildness in a year! :yay:"

I'd begin to get worried if Spike and/or Panda merge with a larger company. That's ultimately what did WCW in, when Turner merged with AOL.
