Who here knew Michael Hegstrand personally? I saw an interview with him recently in which he seemed like a relatable guy and Animal says he was like an uncle to his kids. In his eyes, Hawk was a decent guy that would stay in touch with his children weekly and always be there when they needed help.

This is a funny contrast with the guy that threatens to sodomize and then break Ric Flair´s dick, not to mention the time when Hawk threatened to clean Jerry Lawler´s house with his wife. He did in 1998.

Well it's hard to really know much about how we'd like a wrestler or how we'd relate to them based off what other wrestlers think of them. I mean many people day Haku is a warm and loving family man and I have no doubt that's true. But he was also a brutal, bar fighting son of bitch who laughs when he tells the story of pulling a guy's eye out of it's socket.

My guess is that many of them have traits we can relate to but they're not mutually exclusive of other traits we find reprehensible.

I´ve given the matter some thought and I feel that we could say that Hawk meant that it was going to be a tough match, that Ric Flair was going to learn what a challenge it would be to fight someone younger, stronger and as determined as Hawk, therefore the night would be hard because Ric Flair hadn´t always fought someone as street smart and forged as Hawk.

The idea of doing something questionable seems possible, but it could also be taken in a less unsavory way.

I can't deny the fact that Hawk does threaten to break Ric Flair's dick. The reference to space mountain is a dead giveaway, but the first part about finding out what hard is all about and a hard night are debateable, as is the reference to soft and not always being soft.
