Tonight's IMPACT started out with a video package featuring Mr Anderson followed by an in ring promo from the A**hole himself. Hogan and Bischoff came out and set up a Number One Contenders match between RVD and Mr Anderson for later tonight. Sting came out and announced that he would be the Special Enforcer for that match as per the "network".
Mickie James defeated Tara, The Pope put a beating on Okato in a match that ended in a no contest after referee Jackson Andrews was knocked out cold by The Pope. After a few video packages Ric Flair came out to the ring with Matt Hardy and Bully Ray to cut a promo but Fortune came out and a melee ensued. The lights went out and when they came back on, Abyss was in the ring and and Fortune got the short end of the stick.
As the night progressed, we saw Hernandez and El Anarchia with Sarita and Rosita defeat Matt Morgan and D Von in a street fight, Scott Steiner and Crimson defeated Shannon Moore and Jessie Neal. In the main event, we had Mr Anderson vs RVD with Sting as the Special Enforcer in a match that would end in chaotic fashion without a winner.
