Its a matter of opinion. Most say it has to be national tv deal. So no.

BUT, ROH has a major business announcement coming soon, and many people believe its a TV deal. As its been rumored for 08 for a while.

I consider them an Indipendant promotion, they may have PPV but in my opinion they have to have a National TV deal to be considered a main stream promotion

PEEP ROH is on Direct TV!!!! Its not a weekly show if thats what your thinking. I dont consider Ring Of Honor an indy promotion for the simple fact that the wrestlers are under contract.
