With RAW going from two hours to three, matches now get 33% more time and there are 33% more matches per show. The amount of wrestling per show has doubled to 78%. Those benefiting with more TV time include Heath Slater, Alberto Del Rio, Primo, Epico, Sheamus, Cody Rhodes, Damien Sandow, John Cena, The Miz, Big Show and Dolph Ziggler. Those who have received less TV time with the switch are Tensai, Zack Ryder, David Otunga, The Great Khali and Santino Marella.

:obama: Guess it has been beneficial for actual wrestling. Doesn't seem that way when you're watching live though.

Yeah, feels like we are seeing more Khali to be honest.

Yes, I do feel he had too little TV time...

Sounds very good, actually. When you're just reading the stats and not watching the show.

Good for wrestling, but the entertainment value of the show initially hadn't changed up until recently.

Does feel like there's more wrestling recently tbh. We had stuff like Cesaro vs Ryback which wouldn't have had nearly 10 minutes on a 2-hour show, and we're getting 9 matches now instead of 5.

But it doesn't really matter how much wrestling we get if the matches have no purpose.

I still wish they had more wrestling/less recaps

Recaps have reduced slightly I think, but I agree. It seems like every hour that will remind you what important thing happened earlier. I understand why they do it but it's incredibly tedious for those who stick around for the whole show.

RAW being three hours should be a good opportunity for more storylines, more build and a better wrestling product. WWE have completely abused that for financial benefits.

Great post, especially the second part. I couldn't agree more, and have nothing to add.
