why you dont blend the psds?
the bluring on the right side of the first banner is just wrong.

i noticed that you are just sticking psds, you need to put more effort in making it look more graphical. Its too plain and thats not graphical piece of work.

look, try to blend the psds, use several techniques and see what suits what according to the theme you are doing.
I've noticed that you always use text bars? thats a repeated design. try something different.

Do something different, well a hint? try to manipulate the text (rotate it diagonally than being horizontal flat).

Like WS said... blending the colors would make them look a hell of alot better.

the last one is the best... the rest are just ok... u really need to use some blending like everyone else said...
