So what now for Show?

K, so, let's just get everyones thoughts in here about what went down with Show? What does everyone think the purpose of the whole Show interference was?
My first thought was, he was "back" with Edge. But i soon remembered that according to WWE, the draft trades take affect this Monday, so with Show on Raw, and Edge on SD, that seems very unlikely. I then thought it would be to begin a feud with Cena over the title, and sort of one of those "Making an Impact" storylines. But that doesn't make sense either, for two reasons. One being Cena is rumored to being taking time off now, and it looks likely with what happened tonight. On top of that, even if Cena doesn't take time off, he doesn't have the title, which makes this all seem a little strange.
What does everyone think Show's interference will lead to? Who will he be booked to feud with, now that it seems there's no point in a feud with Cena, other than possibly Cena wanting revenge, which is still odd, because that doesn't explain why he would've wanted to take out Cena...

I still think it was to give Edge vs. Cena no closure first of all. Show is fresh off of his feud with the two and was left out. Smackdown obviously needed a championship, Show can build up his dominant role again for a few months on the upper mid-card before Cena returns for revenge as Show is trying to get a WWE Championship shot.

It makes sense to me.

Exactly what i'm thinking at the moment. Cena returns in the summer and goes after show and they fight yeppie i cant wait for that bore fest. We will have king and cole saying OMG! He just picked up the big show. Im thinking to myself yeah guys hes done that like 10-15 times already in the past.

I also agree with RKO leg, With that ending the feud hasn't quite got Closure as Cena never got beat by Edge instead big show smashing him through a huge light got Edge the title. So always the option to pick it back up some were down the line if need be. 2nd it gets the title back on SD, Which will have been the main goal.

I think that's about as much closure as we're going to get on Edge/Cena for now. I really don't think they'll ever completely close the book on these two guys and it's definately billed as one of the biggest rivalries of this age. I'm sure we'll see it pick up again somewhere down the road...completely closing the book on it now would make no sense..

As for Big Show, I think it's pretty obvious what we're going to see. A feud with Cena. As to how immediately, I dunno. It's yet to be seen if they're going to book this as a serious injury for Cena or simply something that keeps him off TV for a few weeks. I'm sure their feud will stretch a few months eventually leading up to them fighting for number 1 contender spot against Orton or some shit like that.

Since Show is on RAW now, and he cost Cena his title by helping Edge, I think this was a way of getting Show more heel heat and further elevating him to being a top heel on RAW. I think he's going to start playing the Edge role with Vicki and she's going to help further elevate him as the top heel on RAW (or one of them anyway).
