I think especially now people realize that. But it isn't to say that you are always that idiot who made stupid posts online. Lars did the right response and frankly, if he still holds those views or acts on it, then he has a roster full of African-Americans, Latinos, and people who are of a minority group who likely do not take well to discrimination who will give him shit for it. Even if he is massive as hell, Mark Henry still hangs around backstage, and I am sure if it leaks that he does the behaviour such as what he did in that post backstage, he will have the entire public on his ass. But if he learned from this way back then and does not treat people like that, then I will be satisfied.

I guess it all depends on how willing you are with second chances.

Me personally...I'm a "one strike you're out" kind of guy...and I expect
the same treatment from others myself.
