Think it will be on the line soon, I don't think TNA wants to focus only on the other two championships :testify:
Hopefully Roode or Aries grab it during their quest for all the gold. If that doesn't happen they'll probably leave it on Devon so that A&E's has a title amongst them.

I'm gonna make a prediction: Magnus beats Devon for it one of the last Impact Zone shows ever (before Lockdown that is).

Sounds about right. But if that doesn't happen, I think they'll keep the belt on Devon, and consequently Aces and Eights, just to pretend that they're credible.

I pretty much agree with you. Those seem like the most likely candidates. Magnus makes perfect sense and could have a great reign, Park would be golden, Aries winning it for their quest and all would be great as usual and Terry is a nice shout, least likely, but would be alright.
