I'm calling it; HHH vs. Undertaker at Wrestlemania 27.

Seriously though, is Undertaker's streak going to stay now? I agree with alot of people that the streak can be used to push a younger stars career, but is it even possible now?

Shawn Michaels, one of the WWE's top guys in history, the showstopper and Mr. Wrestlemania couldn't beat an injured Undertaker. How would it be possible now for a younger guy to beat him and make it look believable?

My guess would be that it would either be HHH or Cena who beats him now IF they decide to end the streak, which would be stupid for an already made guy to do.

Only way I can see this happening is that HHH holds a grudge against Taker for retiring Shawn. However, HHH would have to go heel for that because HBK wasn't pissed at losing to Taker and a year is quite a long time to resurrect that as an angle. If HHH was pissed he wouldn't waste time to feud with Taker.

Although, they could always fight at Mania next year for other reasons.

HBK was pissed at himself for losing to Taker and we didn't find that out until the Slammys. They can easily start the build up there again with HBK vs Taker winning the award for Best Match and HHH coming to accept it for HBK.

HHH vs Undertaker already happened at Wrestlemania, and I really didn't like that match. It had a fun ending, but I think it was overrated in general. I honestly can't think of any matches they've had that I thoroughly enjoyed and found to be on par with any matches that 'Taker has had with Michaels, Angle, Austin, or even Orton.

I did like their little exchange last year at the Elimination Chamber.

I really wouldn't enjoy HHH/Taker tbh, I'd rather he face Cena, Jericho or maybe even Sheamus.

How about if he keeps building momentum in the next year, the Undertaker having a match with The Miz at Mania. Sure he's smaller but we all know his star is rising in the wwe.

No. No way should Miz face 'Taker. He's got a long way to go before I'd consider him above almost all of 'Taker's other prospective opponents.

Pretty much this. They already wrestled at 'Mania 17, and it was a fun brawl, although nothing that great. While the idea of Tripper/'Taker at 'Mania 27 makes sense, I wouldn't want to see it happen.

Cena/'Taker simply has to be the match for WrestleMania 27. Seriously, they're two of the biggest stars going, the way the crowd would react to the feud would be absolutely nothing short of amazing, and the two would be guaranteed to put on a great match. It could even be the way to turn Cena heel if that's the road you want to go down. Just in some way, make this thing happen.

You can build anybody you want, but at this point it wouldn't make sense for anybody to end it, and this is coming from someone who wants the end to streak.

They kept saying HBK is the best wrestler ever, that he has no match, no peer....and he lost to The Undertaker. Not even Mr. Wrestlemania, with everything to lose, his career to lose, was able to handle Taker at Mania.

Whoever beats Taker, it doesnt only mean he defeated Taker and ended the streak, it means he's a better wrestler than HBK.

That's what I was saying, plus keep in mind Taker's knee was injured at the start of the match and HBK still couldn't put him away. Also I wonder if that injury was real or a sell for the match. Either way they (being people who book matches) can't (but probably will) deny that he was hurt during the match and still won.

I don't think Undertaker's streak will ever be the same after facing HBK two years in a row. Even if you count one of their matches, that totally set the bar high for future Taker Mania matches alone. Undertaker can never go back to facing guys low on the WWE ladder. The only guys I can see Undertaker facing next year are Triple H, Cena, or Jericho.

There is no way Undertaker will take a step back after these epics he has had with HBK. I know they can never match it, but they are going to try and get the biggest matches they can. No more of that Casket match Mark Henry type shit.

Exactly. The thing is, the streak was always portrayed as a big feat, no doubt about it, but it was never as something that you think happened because of Taker's wrestling ability so to speak. However, we are now supposed to see at The Undertaker as a guy who injured defeated the best professional wrestler of all time...twice. Xtremebadass brings up something interesting. Forget about defeating The Undertaker, who in the blue hell can follow up HBK in a feud for beating The Streak? Seriously, I only see Y2J (the heat he would get on himself just by claiming he will do what HBK failed at doing would be amazing), HHH avenging HBK and Cena just because he's Cena. Maybe, and I mean maybe if they build him up for like 5 months, CM Punk.

If you think anything but Cena vs. Taker is happening next year at Mania you're out of your mind. It's entirely the reason anyone with a brain knew for a fact that HBK wouldn't ever end Taker's streak.

You can build anybody you want, but at this point it wouldn't make sense for anybody to end it, and this is coming from someone who wants the end to streak.

Yeah, and Cena beat HBK, so.... that logic is flawed. I thought about it too.

Damn, That would be good. Rather than WM27, It would make more sense them fighting at Extreme Rules.

HHH is angry because Taker retired his best friend. Taker tells him to get over Shawn and HHH challenges him to a match at Extreme Rules.

As to the WM27 match, I honestly doubt it. Why would HHH wait an entire year to face Taker? To try and end his streak. I doubt it.
