So has Alberto turned heel again hurting Santa??? WTF is going on with him he turns face one minute then on Christmas eve Raw he hurts Santa and turns heel from doing that. I think WWE havent a clue what to do with him

No. He said throughout the episode that it was an accident and he was clearly distraught after running into Santa. It was more an example of every one else thinking him a bad guy because of circumstances.
