Mongolian Glazed Wings





DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 425° and place a metal rack on top of a large baking sheet.
2. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with oil, salt, and pepper. Place wings on wire rack and cook until crispy and golden, 48 to 50 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, Sriracha, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer until the flavors meld and the sauce reduces slightly, about 10 minutes.
4. Transfer baked wings to a large bowl and toss with glaze. Return to rack and broil until caramelized, 2 to 3 minutes more.
5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
