Small Updates.

Added a thread prefix in this section specifically for suggestions. From now on if you wish to suggest something, click the drop down menu beside the title and click "Suggestion" and use the title to write the subject of the suggestion. It should look like this "Suggestion: Add snow to the site!" you get the point . No, we're not going to add snow to the site.

Second addition is report count. You can now view how many posts you have reported in your profile page. This is handy as in the future we'll most likely add an award for those who report posts often (and usefully, lots of reports won't get you it, quality reports will).
