Smackdown- vs. RAW 08 Delayed?

According to the August issue of the ‘Game Informer’, WWE SmackDown vs. RAW 2008 could be delayed due to World Wrestling Entertainment ordering THQ to remove all traces of Chris Benoit from the video games.

God Damn it. I preordered that and was looking forward to playing it. I still love Benoit, but he has cuased a lot of shit and changes this past month :disgust:

I knew something like this was going to happen when I found the source on Benoits moves being removed from game. He killed himself?, big whoop, He murdered his family, but that dosen't take away the fact that he was an amazing wrestler.

No but the WWE is very wary of the media right now, if this game was to be released with Benoit in it then the media would be all over this spreading bad PR and that is something that Vince is going to do anything he can to avoid.

Benoit gave WWE such bad press. And people can way face it, he's a murderer. he killed two innocent people. Imagine if it was two of your family members he killed, would you still want him in the game? WWE needs to delete Benoit out of everything.

Fatal 55 i was thinking the exact same thing. Surely it cant take that long to delete him fromt he game can it? I mean they should have time now to update a bit you think? Like nitro to morrison?
