The Great Khali and Ranjin Singh encountered Jinder Mahal last night in a backstage segment on SmackDown!, with the newcomer once again saying that things will be a lot better due to him. Khali walked off and Singh said while it's nice to see Mahal, Khali is his brother and he's got his career on track. Mahal mentioned Khali wearing a tutu on Monday's episode of Raw. Singh tried to defend Khali on the matter, but Mahal interrupted and said he wasn't condemning him, just making a comment. He then patted Singh on the back and walked off.

The angle is scheduled to result in Khali turning heel since many people within WWE feel he's become too soft as a babyface and no longer portrays a monster type character. This will result in Khali and Mahal working together as a heel tag team with Mahal carrying most of the work. Of course, plans can and always do change.

Do you like the idea?

It sounds like a fantastic idea. Khali as the comedy face is horrible to watch and a guy that size, who cant speak english, should be the monster heel. Putting him in a tag team is a great move since he isn't very good at all in the ring but doing a few spots a match as part of a team is much better then having him wrestle singles matches. I haven't seen Jinder Mahal wrestle before so I can't comment on his wrestling skills but he will be a lot better than Khali.

I actually like the idea of turning him back heel and seeing what he can do.

Since Smackdown's in need of another heel, there's no reason we couldn't see Khali matches where he beats the shit out of someone in one minute because he's made back into a monster.

I don't like the idea of pushing him to a possible world title again though, that would really be shitty to see.

As for the tag team these two appear to be forming, as long as it keeps Khali from wrestling more, that sounds great to me. Let's see what this new guys got.

I don't think we will ever see Khali near a world title match again unless it is a battle royal or something similar. His mainevent singles career is over and a tag team title run is as close as he will get to another title in WWE. With WWE seemingly breaking up every tag team it is good that they are actually creating one.

Hopefully this week on Smackdown we get to see Jinder Mahal wrestle.

Khali as a comedic face just made it embarrassing to be a wrestling fan. Comedy is fine if it's done right, but even kids weren't laughing at that crap.

Anyways Khali trying to be a monster heel while barely being able to get into the ring wouldn't benefit anyone, the guy is terrible to watch and even if this new guy is HBK it won't help them.

Khali as a heel was always good too me, because the dude was a tall as hell and not to mention, very, and I mean very scary at times. I mean really it will be hard for them to do the transition so quick, but hell why not. If you think a face will benefit from feuding with Khali then I am all game for it.

The less I see of Khali the better. If they turn him heel and as part of this team, it should be for the sole purpose of getting Jinder Mahal over. Any other reasoning would be horrible.
