Smackdown needs Edge

SmackDown needs Edge to come back as General Manager. They had alot better ratings when Edge was on SmackDown.

Edge isn't under a WWE contract and isn't interested. Simple as that. He is getting some acting jobs.

Doesn't help the fact his girlfriend is also leaving WWE. I can't see Edge returning to WWE full time for the foreseeable future.

Smackdown doesn't NEED Edge, it would be nice to have him around, but what they really need is good booking, and to take that world championship off Sheamus. With the tag team division being used on the show it seems to have gotten a little better, but a big factor they need to do is take off the Raw rebounds.

Edge as the GM wouldn't work. The GM has to be a guy who would show up in, let's say, two backstage segments per week, sometimes an in-ring appearance, and that's it. Edge as GM would be overkill, and even if he was the GM, it wouldn't save SD.
