Is it just me or SmackDown! Main Events never have a winner? Sure if it is advertised all week like Big Show vs. Undertaker in a Cage, that sort of match will have a winner, but all the rest always end up in interference or DQ. It's getting quite repetitive now. Is it that WWE doesn't want any star to lose momentum? So that if each star never wins or loses their popularity always remains the same? I don't get it.

I think so, I think it's like the WWE want to put on all these big matches but don't want anyone to lose momentum. But it happens on Raw a fair bit as well.

I disagree. More often than not we get a winner, only in matches like HHH vs The Undertaker and Hardy vs Kozlov we end with no winner, but more often than not we do.

In the last 10 weeks on SmackDown atleast 5 weeks ended in a brawl or interference with two other main events having outsiders interfere. That's pretty pathetic when atleast 50% or your main events don't have a clear cut winner.

12/19: Hardy vs. Kozlov
12/12: Hardy vs. Triple H

12/5:Taker def. Show
11/28: HHH def. Benjamin
11/14 Hardy def. Undertaker (There was still interference)
11/7: Kozlov vs. Taker
10/31: Taker def. Chavo (Pretty sure Big Show interfered)
10/24: Taker vs. HHH
10/17: Kozlov def. Hardy
10/10: HHH vs. Big Show

Chavo vs Taker doesn't count. It was a clean ending.

Besides, we get 3 matches before that of 10-15 minutes of solid wrestling, so I guess for me it's not a big deal when we get a long main event ending in a brawl.

I understand CMS, but with me I would rather have interference come sooner rather than later because you don't care if a short match ends in interference because longer matches are for the most part great matches, and who wants a great match to end in interference?

Personally it all reminds me of the nwo WAY to much...
don't get me wrong i loved the nWo but it got to where if the nWo was in a match you knew someone was gonna screw with the ending... same thing with the wwf now if certain people are wrestling you know the ending will not be clean... it use to be you only had a dq or interference messing with the outcome of the match when it went with the storyline... but now dq/interference messing w/ outcome IS the storyline

This is somewhat why kayfabe needs to make a return...

Clean endings to build storylines, not just save the face's credibility. I'm sick of seeing the heels never get over on tv, especially clean. I understand if that's your gimmick (like Jericho, he cheats openly to win), but to have EVERY heel resort to cheating or using interference? Come on.

It makes me want to buy the PPV to see the clear-cut result. IMAGINE THAT!
