Sin Cara Mood Lighting

So Sin Cara has mood lighting for not just his tv matches on Smackdown, he also gets it for his PPV matches. I get that they are trying to make him unique and are trying to make him stand out but it just didn't work for me on the PPV and I would prefer if they just kept the lighting normal.

Are there any fans of the mood lighting for Sin Cara matches? How much longer will this continue for?

Think the guy needs to stop botching his moves more than getting rid of mood lighting. Heard he botched some stuff with Chavo, a pretty impossible task with someone witht the talent of Chavo, the same guy who made a midget look like he could hurt him.

I know they're trying to create some sort of mystical feel when Sin Cara wrestles, but it's something that can't go on forever. He's already into his first ever feud, we already know what to expect from him, so the lighting doesn't do anything anymore. I didn't mind it in the beginning, but hopefully they get rid of it very soon.

The finish of their match was botched. He has an issue with live telecasts since on Smackdown he looks good. The benefit there is the pressure is off a bit since they can edit any major mistakes. Seems to have something in common with Mysterio in that a taped show in Smackdown is the best place for him.

For the first match or two it would be fine but he has had a few matches now and they just need to stop using it. I hope that this is the last time it is used.

If Sin Cara continues to botch moves, I see the WWE hesitating in using him on future pay-per-view cards. They're eventually going to lose patience with him if he doesn't improve, but this would be the likely case in a few months, not in a few weeks. He still needs to get used to the WWE style of wrestling, but once he has been around for a little while, he should hopefully be up for the task.

If, god forbid, something happens down the line and his WWE career is on the line, I still don't think Triple H did a bad job in recruiting him. He tested the waters, gave Sin Cara a shot and possibly opened the door for more Mexican wrestlers to ply their trade in the company.

I guess the added pressure on him atm is making him overdue his moves, same thing happened to Jericho when he started in WWF and when he won the Undisputed Title, even he will tell everyone that.(He did in his new book, thanks WS )

Well I think initially the plan was to keep him on RAW but after his early poor performances they decided that a taped show would be best for him. I hope that working three to four matches a week with Chavo on the road will quickly help Sin Cara adjust to the WWE style. I think that he will come around soon enough and I don't think that his spot will be in any danger. He is over, especially with the kids, and he is a marketers dream.

I do think that he is trying too hard because of those initial mistakes. One thing on his moveset, it is sad that the WWE announcers don't even know the names of his moves. They couldn't name the Gory Guerrero Special when Sin Cara hit it, Booker T was trying to remember the name but it seemed like the other three never heard of it. (Glad you like the book )

The entire match was one big botchfest. Can't agree with you anymore on this point.
