Sin Cara Injured Again

Sin Cara underwent knee surgery today, he announced on his Twitter page. He's had a history of knee issues and suffered a torn ACL just a little over a year ago at the Survivor Series PPV. He was having issues with it at the TLC PPV over the weekend.

No word yet on how long he will be out. Terrible timing right before the busiest period of the year but hopefully it is just a cleanout as that should mean he isn't out for too long. I like what they have done with Cara and Mysterio as a team and there is still plenty that WWE can do with that team.

I've read it's been minor surgery so it's not too bad. Given how they're supposedly planning for them to face off at WrestleMania, a break and a chance for both guys to heal up beforehand is actually quite a blessing.

Time to cut their losses with Sin Cara, and chalk this one up to another flipper who walks on borrowed knees.

Maybe they shouldn't focus on gymnasts and go after wrestlers and football players again.

That's the one we've seen for the majority of the time and the one that's currently injured. The only other Sin Cara was Hunico and that lasted like a month, all the other times it's been the same guy that first debuted as Cara.

Bit worrying that he is only 29 but keeps suffering these injuries. He hasn't even bulked up like Mysterio did which is why Mysterio's knees are completely screwed. I still don't think that it is time to cut him, he makes money for WWE since they sell quite a lot of his merchandise and when he is fit and healthy he has been fine in the ring.
