Former WWF and WCW talent Sidney Eudy (a/k/a Sid Vicious) was arrested Friday in Memphis, Tennessee after police pulled him over for driving without wearing a seatbelt.

The officer noticed a bag containing 18 grams of marijuana sitting on an armrest of Eudy’s car.

Eudy was charged with marijuana possession, driving without a license, and not wearing a seatbelt. He was released on $1,000 bond.

It's just for Marijuana, nothing all that serious and also a drug that shouldn't be illegal. But with that said, can I start speculating on him getting a TNA contract and subsequent title run?

There may be questions about whether or not it should be legal but it currently is so he is an idiot for having it on him when he knows that it is illegal. Nothing too serious but it does get his name back in the news and so it will probably get him a few more wrestling bookings.

I wouldn't say he was an idiot for carrying it, it's that much. No worse than driving with a case of beer in your backseat. Doesn't necessarily mean you are smoking it in the car. Weed should be legalized, not only will it garner over 2.3 billion dollars in taxes, it will also cut the crime rate in half. Because a majority of crime stats are drug related.

But you can't be arrested for having a case of beer in your back seat, unless of course it is empty and you were driving under the influence. What I mean is he would know that carrying marijuana is illegal so I don't know why you would take that risk of being arrested. At least hide it better so that it isn't in open view of police officers.

Marijuana is carried by a vast number of people and the stats for it are only climbing. Also, it doesn't say any of the weed in the bag was smoked, so its a moot point, the driving without a license and without a seatbelt is where he is an idiot tbh.
