I WALK ALONE!

The music of The Animal plays, which automatically draws the whole crowd onto their feet when Batista comes out and looks around the crowd with banners and signs with his name on. Once the most hated, now one of the more approved superstars, the former CWF champion smirks before he comes down and pulls his usual turret taunt with the pyros.

Batista walks up the ring steps and climbs into the ring, to get a microphone. The music stops and The Animal waits a few seconds, looking around at the Showdown of Dreams arena, and the dozens of thousands of fans in attendance, before he address the CWF Universe.

The Animal, Batista: So after weeks of pleading, and proving myself as worthy of getting another shot at the the CWF Undisputed Championship I finally get listened to. Someone after a long time of darkness, has finally flicked a switch on the nucleus of our business here and decided that Dolph Ziggler needs to prove that he has what it takes to be the champion here, after losing to Sheamus and a hard fought contest, and then losing to me in a match that barely even started. I had a lot of complaints from family and friends this week and I have to apologize. I know I was scheduled for the end of the night and I told you all that you would catch my match at the end of the show, but our new man in charge, Mr. Eric Bischoff, decided that the best plan of action would be to have the main attraction, beat the champion, at the very start of the show. Don't make sense to me either but there we have it. I have been very vocal in what I think is right, and what I think is wrong in this business, and I can feel my vocal chords piping up again about the match right here in Minneapolis!

The crowd cheer the cheap pop for their home town, but Batista patiently waits for all noises to die back down before he explains his grievances.

Dolph Ziggler, the champion, he's in the match, that's a given. Myself, I have my rematch clause, I'm in the match, no problems there. The Undertaker, won a Number One Contender match back at Uprising, so he gets the nod too that's fine. But where in the hell do Sheamus and Muhammad Hassan come into the equation here? This was suppose to be a Showdown of Dreams, and instead all that Eric Bischoff has given the fans of CWF is a huge cluster of a match that is falls count anywhere. Not that I'm arguing on that part, but the bit I am slightly concerned about is that there is ONE special guest referee, in a falls count anywhere, five way match. Now, for a match that could split up into a one on one in one side of the arena, and a three way at the other side of the arena, Eric, you have put yourself in an absolutely impossible situation here. I could have Dolph Ziggler beat as quick as I did this Monday on Nitro, but you wouldn't have a clue because you would still be making sure that The Undertaker doesn't lock Hells Gate on Sheamus, or any other resulting situation that could possibly arise. What I will say right now though, is that I'm not going to worry myself over something that hasn't happened yet Eric. I got screwed out of the title at Uprising due to bad ruling, letting Dolph into the match in the middle of the contest. I got screwed of a one on one opportunity for the title due to bad rulings..... but the third time... if there is a third time of me being screwed out of the title Bischoff.... believe me it will not, be a charm.

Batista lets the voices of the crowd be heard again with Dave threatening the General Manager. The Animal continues shortly after.

But that's enough about someone who s only sticking his nose in just to keep himself relevant. Like it or not I have four other opponents all going after my title.... one of them is kindly escorting it to the ring for me, like he's been kindly looking after it for me for the past three weeks, but Dolph, your services are no longer required, and indeed after proving that you don't deserve to have not once but twice, two weeks in a row, it's time for this charade of perfection... to be put safely to bed. Time, after time, after time I find these faults in peoples theories here in the CWF. You can ask Christian who is the very best in this business, and he will not be able to look you in the eye and try and say it is him. You ask Chris Jericho if he really is "The Best in the World at what he does" and he will not be able to say his own name to you. And you Dolph Ziggler, you are just going to be joining them when I show the globe that you are what I already know you are.... and that's a very premature Hash Tag Hasbeen. The writings on the wall Dolph. You were in action for five seconds when you won the title. You lost a match against Sheamus, and well, what happened against me was a little short of embarrassing for you. I'ts a shame it happened this way Dolph, but at least now you know, that the top of this company is way over your head, this is an elite league that you don't belong in..... simply put Dolph Ziggler.... you are not good enough.

Members of the crowd gasp and cheer at the blunt verdict from Batista, but Dave carries on.

Now Sheamus, I can see your way of thinking here. I really can, you beat me a couple of weeks ago, I'm not afraid to admit that. You also beat our champion Dolph the week before last, so you being in this match is somewhat deserved after you beat both of us when we had the belt in our possession. But, when you have a match for the belt, and you have to be at your very best to ensure that you keep what you have strived so hard to earn, then when it comes to a normal one on one contest, you bring your guard down, your game isn't at it's "A Standard" and I don't know if that's the case against Ziggler but that was certainly the case against me and Sheamus, if you think that you are going to get a similar result here at the Showdown of Dreams, then I'm afraid you are very much mistaken. when the championship is on the line I have proven that I have the drive to take it and grasp it with both hands, and on the twenty-nineth January you mark my words the grasp on that title will be held by The Animal.... and it won't be a Great White.

Then onto the two men that to this point, I have had no actual confrontation with thus far... The Undertaker... and Muhammad Hassan. Both making ripples in this business no doubt, you would have to be blind not to see that that's the case, but both of you, I think I may need to divert you two to what I had said about Dolph Ziggler.... yeah your making progress both of you, but, fighting for the World Title is a totally different ball game. Dead Man... we have had our battles in the past but here in the CWF, I think this is one paycheck to far for you man. The motorbike gimmick is even old for you. There's no Wrestlemania over here so what do you have here in the CWF.... nothing. And after Showdown of Dreams when I become the two time Undisputed champion and it is over your head, then everyone here will realize the only Animal in this yard is not the big dog..... but it's me. And Hassan, while you have been striving to push this group of devastation through the ranks, its apparent to me that in groups is the only way that you can be dominant. In a group. Your stepping up in the ring against a man that is dominant on his own, and when you realize how much truth is in that statement.... it will have been too late, and your opportunity will have already passed you by.

I'm not saying all of these things for the benefit of my health guys. I train, eat properly, and work damn hard for that. The reason I am letting you all know whats going to happen in the future, is simply so that you can have no arguments once the dust has settled, and I have my hand raised in victory. Since I lost my Undisputed Championship, my only goal has been retrieving it back, and so far only Steve Corino and Dolph Ziggler have felt how determined I am to get it back..... At the Showdown of Dreams... the rest of you will know how it feels for the Animal..... to be Unleashed!

The Former champion looks up at the ramp, where ____________'s music has started to play.

Sorry but I have to say this is stupid. Rey I'll let off because I know he's going through some issues and his net often fucks up. Derrick and Lub, you're just idiots, you get a Hardcore title match in UWF, one of you is the champion and one thinks he should be world champion and you don't show up and then you get a title shot when tbh you probably don't even deserve it and you don't show up? Disgraceful. And Sam, I hate to say it but you're pretty damn lazy when it comes to feds.

You're spot on with this post. I knew Rey had issues and he did inform me as soon as I booked this match.
