When it comes to social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, ect) let us be real...
Since it has taken off it has made some things better but a lot of things worse. I am all for being able to interact with wrestlers on Twitter and all that BUT I feel like there is some kind of middle ground that should be established. When two wrestlers are in a feud, for example, they should not be seen smiling and being buddy buddy in a picture together. I know it sounds silly but something like that can take away heat from a feud. Not all of them do it but many have and it is something I think should be stated to the wrestlers as something not to do on social media. They do have do's and don'ts already established for it, why not add something like this in?

There are other things that can be restricted or changed. Maybe requiring them to have a personal account separate from their real one if they choose to talk about religion, politics, and so on. There is a lot you can have them do and not do really. I want to know what you guys think...

Should WWE restrict the wrestlers from doing certain things on social media? If so - what?

Kayfabe is dead, let them do whatever they want imo.

Other than the kids, I don't think anyone really thinks Strauman is this bad person or Roman is a dog. Maybe a dawg but not a dog, big or otherwise.

So yeah, i'm fine with it. I don't follow any wrestler or WWE even lol. Only WWE related twitter i follow is this forum's. I just don't see the excitement in seeing what people do in their lives.

I followed some of them like 6 years back but these days it is only a handful of Youtubers and some random cat related stuff for me.
Tis true I spose. It is dead. It has been dead since probably like 07/08.

I'd agree with that, but they are in no way giving out plot points or results. I mean does anyone really think Braun is this big bad person and that Roman and him hate eachother?

If Braun went on twitter/facebook/whatever and said 'I'm beating Reigns clean at payback!' or something like that to an extent that it spoils the result, then i'd agree about that comparison.

This would be like expecting the actor playing the hero to pretend that he hates whoever the actor is playing the villain in real life because he's the villain.

Well, that's how I see it anyway.

I am all for bringing kayfabe back.

It's a tradition as old as the business itself.

It's one thing to acknowledge legitimate injuries or botched moves, but kayfabe is part of the fun for me.
