I think there's no sponsors for wrestlers right now because of many factors.

- Wrestlers are paid by the promotions, usually.
- Promotions don't want to "share" spotlight with the sponsors in the sense that a wrestler gets to wear sponsored shirts, pants, boots, etc.
- Legal consequences - even if you allow the sponsors on ring attire, there's also royalties - companies or personalities come back to companies for royal payments. It's the reason why "old time" wrestlers came forward with their lawsuits recently. They want money from the WWE Network.
- WWE controls branding 90% of the time.
- WWE does marketing in-house.

I could go on and on but at the end the day, WWE wants to avoid as much legal trouble and branding mistakes that they'll control most sponsorships. The most they will do with sponsorships is scripted segments, and sponsored ringside skits. And those replys. Others include scripted shows like that KFC Royal Rumble thing.
