Matt Striker, current ECW wrestler/manager gets a good amount of heat. Not in the ring, but as a mouth piece. My question to you is, should he continue being a manager outside of ECW or should he remain on the brand where he can actually wrestle and manage?

He shouldnt be on Raw or Smackdown. I used to think he had a good gimmick as the teacher, but thats sort of worn off... WWE never pushed him as either a wrestler of manager, but back in october when he was with Big Daddy V and Henry he actually had a good little push.
Anywayss, hes a bit above average on the mic, but he should stay on ECW IMO, at keast for now, because he needs to continue to grow, but Raw and SD will bury him.

He's really not doing anthing now and I doubt that this would change if he went to Raw or SD, so I'd just keep him on ECW.

Matt Striker...You'd be best off just getting rid of Matt Striker...The guy got boring fast..."This is your teacher Matt Striker"...Lame...They could use his spot to hire a better superstar...

Keep him on ECW, he doesn't have what it takes for Raw or SD. The only way I see Striker getting a decent push on Raw or Sd is part of a tag team so if I were to place him in a tag team with someone I'd probably put him with someone like Gregory Helms on SD, I mean Helms will be useless on his return to SD with no Cruiserweight title so why not?

To summarise what I just said, keep Striker on ECW unless he's gonna be in a tag team on Raw or SD.

ECW is his home. WWE should use ECW to start to push him, because if they do push him enough, I bet they'll get a great talent out of it and I really do hope he drops the teacher gimmick. It's pretty boring. Or...has he already dropped it? Never watch ECW, so I'm not sure, but if WWE is still riding along with it, they should end it and give him another gimmick.

I actually like Matt Striker, he would be great on SD imo.

He has great Mic skills and isnt to bad of a wrestler either, I think he would be a good US championship contender or be on a good tag team...either way I think he is being wasted on ECW.
