I mean like their roster? Some say that ROH still should have more wrestlers, and they are missing a few big indy names? Should they bring in guys like Necro Butcher, Gran akum, Chuck Taylor, Chris Bosh, Joey Ryan? What do you think?

I think the roster is fine. ROH already has a working relationship with PWG and Chikara so they can use guys like Gran Akuma, Jigsaw, Quack, etc. IMO What ROH needs is a recognizable name, a huge one. The only guys that come to mind are RVD and Jericho. Both wrestlers have praised ROH on more than one occasion, but I think we all agree that this is pretty much a long shot. At the moment, ROH "biggest name" or "Most Recognizable name" is Austin Aries and thats definitely not a good thing. Don't get me wrong, Aries is more than capable of putting on a great show, but he isn't exactly "star power" quality. A guy like RVD or Jericho could & I believe would take ROH to a higher level.

I'd have to agree with you, although i wouldn't mind seeing them add 1-2 more full time guys. I hear Quack is booked for the rest of the year and won't be on any ROH shows. Jimmy Rave apparently quit. Matt Sydal may have already had his last match. Jack Evans is supposed to return, but for how long. I'd like to see them add Human Tornado to kinda replace colt to add a little more comedy to some of the shows.

As far as big name guys like rvd/Jericho it would be great, but i think even mid card TNA/WWE guys would help. Like you said, Austin aries has the most star power. Perhaps even a vetern like Jerry Lynn could help out in some way. (not saying as a wrestler) I think Paul Heyman would also be a huge addition.

I definitely agree. I can see Paul Heyman in ROH playing a heel type of GM, similar to what Jim Cornette was doing before jumping to TNA. With Colt Cabana gone, ROH lacks comical characters. I'd love to see Human Tornado, or even Ebessan/Kikutaro/Ebetaro (whatever he's calling himself now days) come in full time. I've always wanted to see Gregory Helms in an ROH ring, but he has loads of potential and I doubt WWE would let him go.

Necro Butcher shouldn't be in ROH.. He's just abrawler/hardcore guy. The problem with ROH expanding, is that it can hamper some of the roster from the other indy feds. Someone like Chuck Taylor works for IWA-MS and CHIKARA, if he were to go ROH full-time, all of a sudden he might not be able to wrestle for one of the other two feds. In the end, either CHIKARA or IWA would up suffering.

However, if its only part time like Mike Quackenbush did recently, then by all means ROH should look into the other feds to see who could fit in ROH.

I think that Jerry Lynn defiantly would be a great fit in ROH, he seems to fit the ROH style perfectly.
As far as Necro Butcher goes iam not really a fan of his hardcore/brawler style; and i've never been a fan of his in general, so i defiantly think he shouldn't be there.
Soon maybe early next year i think they should defiantly go for a TV deal, especially a PPV deal and they have got a good following at the moment, they kinda owe it to the fans who always support them and buy there DVD's.
They have been offered TV deals before but apparently alo of people who work for ROH, have came from the old ECW and don't wanna go down the same track which is fair enough, but defiantly in the near future i think they should expand.
A problem right now is the star power, they need a guy or two; Jericho would be a great fit because he is a guy people will tune into see along with RVD who i still think even being jobbed in new ECW still has some drawabillity to him. It's just whether or not ROH can cover a Jericho type of salary, because from what i've heard he wants big money.
I also think they should expand abit in there roster in general and sign a couple of young guys like PAC and Chuck Taylor.

Edit - Woops i didn't relise you meant just roster wise untill i read the first post lol; ooh well theres my two cents anyways.

i do feel they should get couple of more guys in their roster..ROH has seen many wrestlers come and gain experience and go to either WWE or TNA..they r like the breeding ground for future wrestlers..right now they have good amount of wrestlers, but adding 3 or 4 more new guys will bring up new challenges for the older guys on the roster

YES! ROH's roster is good but I think they should bring in some other Indy talent. I also think Jerry Lynn would make a good addition to the roster because he can help mold the young talent and I think he can be a great role model backstage.

Im currently watching ROH Fighting Spirit and I have to say this is really great, Takeshi Morishima isnt that good though, imo
