I say why not? bring back the 24/7 hardcore title and have Little jimmy beat the first winner whilst napping. Have truth win it and then claim that Little Jimmy took the strap... that way Truth cant lose it. Would be a perfect Hell gimmick for him.

No, I don't like the fact that Truth's face and that instead of randomly screaming at "Little Jimmy" pissed off as if he was a typical kid fan along with his other hilarious comments during his heel run which I enjoyed greatly, so I'm already sad that it's been diminished to thinking he's got an invisible friend and nothing much, I wouldn't like to see him win any titles, no.
