It's pretty obvious now that when Christian left TNA in late 2008 he wasn't happy. However, he re-invented himself, became champion twice, and was a main event player until further notice. I heard a story after he left that he was suppoed to be the leader of the Frontline and feud with Sting. Sounds pretty good to me.

Looking at one full year back in WWE and hindsight being what it is, did he make a mistake? He had a nice run with the ECW title, a great match with Shelton at TLC but now what? He's hardly ever on tv and hasn't had meangful feud since Chris Jericho in 2004.

What's the likelihood of his return to TNA?

I think he's being punished for leaving Titan and going over to TNA

I figure if he wanted to stay he would have stayed. Should he? No, being a top dog in a company as small as TNA is the equivalent of being a mid carder in the E, except millions more watch the E than TNA so reaching the top of TNA is capped, while the E, if he does reach the top, is limitless.

Considering he was champion when TNA was even smaller than today, and as soon as big names started arriving he was starting to get pushed down on the card, no, he didnt make a mistake. Should he have stayed, he would be midcarding TNA or even worse, he could be the guy getting kidnapped by ninjas.

TNA would have shat on him now anyway. At least in WWE, he's getting golden shit.

I'm meh on the whole thing. While I would much rather him be in TNA, when the big names came, he was getting pushed down the card. While over in the E "Hey it's, it's Christian" was just foreshadowing how his return to the E would be. He put on some good matches on ECW, he was the longest running champ, yet when he gets moved to Raw, nothing. He should be made to look like a bigger deal.

Same goes for Big Zeke. He was the one that finally toke down Christian and beat him for the title. Yet, he's moved to SD and nothing. He's lost all his momentem.
