Shelly Martinez, who must keep her Fun Time Followers up to speed on her whereabouts at all times, hits a snag when her home Wi-Fi connection dies. TMZ cameras catch up with The Queen of Social Media during her trek to the Internet cafe on Hollywood Boulevard and ask if she plans on making an “Impact” anytime soon.
