If there is already a thread I apologize in advance.

Shawn's going to get the Undertaker at Wrestlemania, after he goes to Smackdown this week and qualifies for the Smackdown World Championship Elimination Chamber Match.

Shawn wins the title at No Way Out and gets the Undertaker in the re-match at Wrestlemania for the World Heavyweight Championship and Streak.

Where Undertaker will win and retire at Wrestlemania with a perfect 18-0 Record and as the World Heavyweight Champion.

IMO, if Shawn Michaels indeed ends up getting his rematch with The Undertaker, which I doubt he will, then it will be to end it.

Where does Edge end up? In the Raw main event?

I agree with you JMay, apart from Taker retiring with a perfect streak.

XBA, you're right too - I was thinking Jericho would win the title at EC, so they could set up Jericho/Edge. Then have whoever over the WWE Title.

I can totally see HBK getting into the SD EC match. Winning it? Maybe not so much. I can see HBK eliminating Taker and not winning. Hell, I can even see HBK running into the chamber at one point (not part of the match) and costing Taker the title. Way to get him out of a Title match at Mania, and gives him a reason to fight HBK.

You know what would be the a funny swerve (you know, one of those Russoesque swerves)? Shawn Michaels wins the Smackdown EC Chamber, which is to see who faces the World Champion, and Taker ends up losing the belt.

I dont know about this whole Taker vs HBK @ WM anymore. I'm really beginning to think it aint gonna happen.

The more they seem to push it, The more i think they are totally going to swerve us on this and it will be HHH/HBK.

I do think HBK will enter SD elimination chamber how ever to keep the Taker/HBK angle going. Well that's my opinion anyyway :p

But i think the start of shift will take place next week when HBK cost's DX the tag titles. And Trips gets pissed. That Michael's cost him the rumble and now the tag titles etc.

I just think they're investing too much, at the moment, into the HBK/Taker fued to just make it a swerve. Especially if things continue the way they're going atm.

I mean HBK got upset, went into 'shock' after being eliminated from the rumble. He got back into the ring pleading to continue, super kicked a ref. He brought up the match ages ago, has been talking and talking about it. I just think that if they kept going, even to have HBK enter the SD EC match and have nothing impacting against Taker - then what then? Just jump in with a half-assed HHH/HBK fued that spans over HBK costing them the tag titles and Trips the Rumble? I know it's a formula for most heel turns, but Trips and HBK seem to have a 'understanding' of what happens in these sorts of things, to neutralise the Rumble elimination. Then, to fued over losing the tag titles? Meh.

I'd have to agree with this post, I see Triple H screwing Michaels having him either lose at Smackdown or at the chamber itself. Creating HHH/HBK while Edge faces Taker. However Edge has already faced Taker at mania and I really want to see something new and fresh, I hope that Taker loses the title at EC to Punk or Jericho or something different. Making the WHC scene different which may lead us to a three way for takers streak? HHH/HBK/Taker?

If there is another Wrestlemania main event with multiple guys in it, I'm going to scream.

The invest in the Michaels/Taker build can be a huge heel turn for Michael, if it isn't a match with Taker. So all's not wasted if we don't get Michaels vs Undertaker. I wouldn't mind HHH vs HBK so long as Michaels was the full-fledged heel. That leaves Undertaker with nothing though, since really his only two potentially awesome matches were versus Michaels and versus Cena.

Unfortunately, Cena is probably being thrown into the Vince/Bret feud :(

I hate the way WWE has been booking No Way Out (Elimination Chamber) just so they can have the matches they want to have. It usually finds a superstar winning a belt at the Feb. PPV only to lose it to the guy WWE wants to become champion while having a worth while match. The month and a half title reigns are becoming stupid and makes the guys involved look pretty weak as weak champions. Edge did it last year and if Jericho wins it at EC just to lose it to Edge that is following the same trend. I remember when matches would be planned in advance so everything would flow smoothly into Mania with no real big titles changes. It is so choppy now-a-days.

I am not against Jericho vs. Edge at Mania though I still want to see it for the belt, its a shame it has to happen under the above circumstances.

NWO/EC is just a horrible idea in general so close to Mania. Why insert so many uneeded people near the title so soon before Mania when they should be building interesting singles feuds. I understand that in the cage feuds cans start/tensions sparked or whatever. I just think EC would be much better suited for a different time of the year.
