So I'm a huge Hernandez mark, and I'm curious as to other peoples opinions on the guy.
He's got a huge amount of athletic ability for a big guy, and I'm not just referring to his ability to vault the top rope whenever he feels like, but the way he takes moves overall.
I know he's no saint on the microphone, and with Konnan now gone from TNA, he's more than likely to be buried as Homicide goes to the X-Division but I'd love to see this guy get a singles push against the likes of Tomko, The Great Bernard (If they sign him) or even people like AJ & Joe.

He's a solid big man for the most part. I hope they start using LAX more though, as they are starting to push older teams like the Steiners, which I don't really like. If they wouldn't have gotten into the whole "all the gold" thing with Angle/Joe I would've loved to see LAX feud with MCMG over the titles.

I'm also pretty big on Hernandez. He reminds me of a young Mike Awesome. He's solid in the ring, which is rare in big men these days, and he's surprisingly athletic. I can see him as a possible ME threat in the future. I would like to see a bit more out of him when it comes to cutting promos because quite honestly, he doesn't cut promos. All he does is stare into the camera. If he can develop a personality, I cant see why he wouldn't be a potential TNA champion.

as for LAX, I feel they need a mouthpiece. Julius "J-Train" Smokes would be the best way to go. He's managed Homicide in the past, and he has a personality that fits the "LAX" persona.

Yeah I am a big Hernandez fan too he seems pretty good in the ring I am not too sure about him on the mic but there is always managers for that. I think the stable L.A.X are perfect for the gimmicks I mean Homicide is the little cocky guy who can brawl and Hernandez is the strong silent type who is the muscle of the group all they need now is a strong manager like Smokes.

Yer i always though he was Under-Rated throughout the second half of 2006. His size & ability added a diffrent dimensia too the matches with AMW, Styles & Daniels.

As for the TNA Tag Division...

First Off before they really start it all up again & give a team the titles they really have to sort out the Face/Heel stance on all their teams!

LAX
VKM
3D
Steiners
MCMG
XXX

There all Tweeners !!!!!

They need to just start again & draw a line saying which 1ns are Faces & which are Heels!

YES!
That's who he reminds me of, I just couldn't think who
...if you get my drift.

With regards to a mouthpiece, I could see the job falling to Hector Guerrero as they seem to be all 'buddy buddy' now, or they'd have to bring in someone specifically for the role

It does look like Hector will take over and make them a face stable. Hernandez is great as a big guy and he's not like the other big guys who are fat. LAX should stay together for a while more, but when they break up I can see him going solo and actually succeeding.
