Wow, pretty darn cool! I love the whole effect of the bg and the blending, in this one. Kind of a bloody style, with a blotch of grunge in there, cool! I personally am not a huge fan of the text, however its a good choice anyway.
The more that I'm looking at it, I feel there should be a little less blending going on around his neck and head. It seems a little too clustered there. Otherwise everything looks good! Nice work.
