Well I personally don`t understand why.
The mass, filter, c4d or whatever in the background looks awful and the text is not good either. Red with green will never go along good. Keep that in mind. The font is bad and the whole sig could of been smaller... Now it just looks empty. 3/10.

Try smudging or somehow working the focal point, also, try clipping masks.
