Seth Rollins says he has been dealing with lower back issues for years.

Rollins appeared on Logan Paul's Impaulsive recently and discussed the many nagging injuries that have been bothering him. He told Paul that he changes his training regime based on how his body is feeling and also that he's been trying to avoid surgery on a lower back injury that he's been dealing with since 2019.

Rollins said:

I try to just change my training up based on how I feel. There's constant injuries. My knee's been bugging me since before WrestleMania. I was having issues with that. My neck acting up, my low back has been at me for like, since 2019, probably should get some surgery on that, but trying to just, you know, do whatever I can to make sure I don't need it because I have a couple of stress fractures back there.

Rollins also noted that he's done stem cell treatments for his injuries but did not find they were effective long-term.

Rollins continued:

I tried some stem cells. I've done a couple of stem cell treatments and I found that they were temporarily helpful. And I wasn't taking time off, I wasn't just idling while I was on the stem cells, I was still working a pretty much full-time WWE schedule. So, I found that temporarily helpful but long term, it kind of has faded off a little bit so I'd say I got like maybe four or five of like, 'oh, okay that feels good.'

Rollins had minor surgery on his neck in 2009 that kept him out of action in ROH for a couple of months. In 2015, Rollins was forced to vacate the WWE Championship when he tore his ACL, MCL, and medial meniscus. After undergoing surgery to repair the injury, Rollins was on the shelf for seven months. He also suffered an MCL injury in 2017 that did not require surgery and he was back wrestling again in just over two months.

Even though they've done a good job of making other people feel important and elevating them, they really need to protect Seth at all costs. Some time off or a lighter schedule for a bit might just be what he needs.

20+ years of doing this. Stuff like this is unfortunately inevitable.

Dale is right though. I know he’s on a hot run and outside of Cody, you can argue he’s the most over person on RAW, but at some point, he’s got to start having the Roman/Brock/Orton schedule.
