Can anyone explain how this is worked out? It's something i've never understood but would kinda like to get to grips with so it can be used for future tournaments. Even a website you might have used for any of your own tournaments.

To put it simply in terms of our tournaments: You'd count up how many times each item was submitted and the ones with the highest number of submissions would be the highers seeds and the ones with very few submissions would be the lower seeds and then you match the highest seeds with the lowest in the first round.
