- While many of the top names in FCW are from the independent scene, WWE doesn't feel independent wrestling is producing enough talent that are at WWE's level. There is now a mission to look for big bodybuilder types who the company can turn in to stars. The company is also looking for athletes from other sports that they can sign and then train them to be wrestlers.
