Scorpio Sky has signed a new deal with AEW.
In an interview with Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Scorpio confirmed that he signed a five-year extension with the company. It had previously been mentioned on television by Dan Lambert that Scorpio had re-signed.
“I did that right around the time of the Pay-Per-View,” Scorpio told Johnson. “I'm happy to be with AEW for at least five more years.”
Sky has been a part of AEW since the company’s launch in early 2019, originally as part of the SoCal Uncensored stable with Frankie Kazarian and Christopher Daniels. Sky eventually branched out as a singles star, winning a Face of the Revolution ladder match for a future TNT title match, though he was unsuccessful in winning the title. He has since started to team with Ethan Page as Men of the Year.
Men of the Year will team with Junior Dos Santos in his pro wrestling debut to take on Chris Jericho, Jake Hager, and Sammy Guevara in a six-man tag team match this Friday on a live edition of Rampage.Lambert and Jorge Masvidal will be in the corner of Men of the Year.
