fightline.com said:Sara McMann would take a title shot with UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey, but is fine with more competition until that potential fight.
"If I can return in two or three months that would be golden," said McMann to MMA Fighting. "If I fight her in one fight or four fights, it's just more time for me to grow as a fighter."
The Olympic wrestling medalist improved to 7-0 with her win over Sheila Gaff at UFC 159. McMann last fought in July as she was unable to land a spot on several Strikeforce cards due to their cancellation.
Gaff is 10-5 and her win streak out of Europe's Cage Warriors was snapped by McMann with the first round stoppage loss.
The third WMMA bout in UFC history was this past Saturday from the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ.
I actually think that would be a very interesting scrap. However Rousey is so proficient with her Judo that I believe she would bait Sara right into a hip toss than slap on that armbar.
