While Samoa Joe is free and clear from all contractual obligations with TNA Wrestling, he is available to appear at this week’s television tapings if officials choose to use him. Both sides remain in negotiations for a new contract.

A week or two ago Samoa Joe's contract expired with TNA and they are still renegotiating his contract. Joe has been used so inconsistently by TNA in the past twelve months I don't know what I would do if I was him.

What do you think Joe should do? Should he re-sign with TNA or should he try to make it in WWE?
