Theoretically here since they have buggered Rybacks push and damn near character. As we have all stated he needs to go and come back in a few months.

Are they using this injury stuff to do so before MITB?

Or is it gonna set up him just faking up to MITB and ripping Jericho apart?

Well, my optimistic part says that they're doing it as an excuse for him to job to Jericho and then hit rock bottom kayfabe-wise and come up with something interesting for him, but the other part of me says it'll make no difference in the long run.

No this is to try to build him back up, even though everyone knows Y2J will job. This is to put him back on the map, and he will fuck it up. I expect him to fight Lesnar and have a match worthy of goldberg chants like when Lesnar/Goldberg had their fight.
